Now as a living artist of original fine art you can certify and register the authenticity of your original art in a computerized database, and archive.

FACT is a valuable service for the living artist which records for posterity the authenticity of your work, guards against pirating, imitations, and unauthorized reproductions.

Before you exhibit fine art for sale, the living artist's notarized Fine Arts Certification and Title, FACT, with an original security number will always answer the buyer's question, "Is this an original?"

The cost is ten dollars per registration. To register please follow steps 1-5;

1. On screen display of form CT-101
2. Take a 4x6 inch color photo of your original work (no copy).
3. In the presence of a licensed notary answer the questions on form CT-101.
4. Cut out completed, notarized form CT-101 along outside border from print sheet.
5. Place the completed form(s) CT-101 in an envelope along with the 4x6 inch color photo(s) and $10 per entry in the form of a check or money order.

Upon receipt of your notarized certificaton(s) and photo(s), an original security number is assigned and stamped on your form(s) CT-101. The living artist's notarized form CT-101 will then be registered in the FACT electronic data base, a world wide archive of notarized original fine art.

FACT will then send you a copy of your notarized form CT-101 with an original security number. You will also receive a FACT seal with the same original security number. This seal when applied to your original will enhance the prestige of your work.
