Instructions for Pkunzip

STEP 1. When downloading the PKUNZIP file select the directory you want to place it in, such as the C:\ directory.

STEP 2. When downloading the FACT.ZIP file select the same directory you placed the PKUNZIP file in. These two files have to be in the same directory.

STEP 3. In DOS at the C:\ prompt type: C:\pkunzip fact.zip
In Windows 3.1 in program manager click run and type c:\pkunzip fact.zip
In Windows 95 click start, click run and type c:\pkunzip fact.zip

STEP 4. After the file inflates you will have three files in your directory. They are Pkunzip, Fact.zip, and Fact.doc. The Fact.doc file has Form CT-101 which can be printed from any word processor.

STEP 5. Enter your word processor in dos or windows (i.e. Microsoft word or WordPerfect ). Click on file, click on open, select the drive that Fact.doc is in, find the file and click it open. Once it is on the screen print it to you printer.
